Our Story

Snacktime is always going on in our household. Until we found our children suffering from recurring inflammation and itchy flare-ups... and a huge struggle to curb their sweet and salty cravings.

We began to educate ourselves about food. We learnt how to read ingredient lists & nutrition labels. Slowly, we swapped out our family's snack favourites for better alternatives that won't create chaos in our body.

It was a long journey... Looking for better snack options was no easy feat. It took us months and months of proper, thorough research before we have a list of better-for-you alternatives.

One day, we thought: since we have this list of good stuff we sourced all over for (& taste-tested), why not share the love with anyone looking to change the way they eat for the better?

So here we are! We hope to change the way snacking is done so snack time can be hassle-free, nasties-free and tasty! ❤️
